<Reservations> [Private Customers] Please inform us of your name, age, address, phone number, rental articles, height and weight, size of shoes, Skiing Abilities (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), duration of rental, delivery location (ski area or accommodation) and time of delivery. [Group Customers] Please inform us of the name of your group and person in charge, address, phone number, list of customers name, age, height and weight, size of shoes, skiing abilities (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced), rental articles ,duration of rental, delivery location (ski area or accommodation) and time of delivery. <Delivery and Return> We will deliver the rental articles at specific time and location of your request. Our rental clerk will explain the setting and usage of the equipment. We will come to the location that you specify for the recovery of the rental articles after the rental period expires. (If you are in the Niseko area, we are able to deliver the rental articles within 15 to 30 min after your reservation.) <Payment method> We accept only cash or coupons issued by a contract agency at the time of delivery. <Notice> ・ We count one day to be the business of the ski resort area (Up until the end of the night ski session.) ・ Full fee will be charged regardless of use or the nonuse of the rental articles during the rental period. ・ The actual expenses will be charged for the loss and the damage of any rental articles.

<Rental Agreement> 1. I fully acknowledge that the snow sport that I will undertake withrental equipment contains dangers, and recognize the extent of the risks of injuries involved in the activities. 2. In consideration of the rental of the equipment to me including selection, installation, maintenance and adjustment by Winterfast Ski Rental, I release and fully discharge Winterfast Ski Rental, its shops, owners, and employees from any liability resulting from any personal injuries and damages to myself or a third party. 3. I understand the skis/boot/binding system which I have rented will not release at all times or under all circumstances where a release may prevent injury, nor is it possible to predict every situation in which it will release. I therefore understand the system I have rented cannot guarantee my entire safety. <Rental Checklist> ・ Please understand the rental agreement before signing. ・ Please check the release torque values when you rent the skis. ・ Please grasp the function of the equipment. ・ Rental skis and bindings-Binding mounting area, and all the other test standards are extensively applied by all manufacturers. ・ Release torque values of these rental skis are based on the standard of the SBB (ski/inding/oots system) ISO/O11088 and set to an average value. (Please tell the clerk if you have any requests for release torque values.)
